Shipping & Fulfillment
Each honorary title is prepared in small ceremonial batches, carefully printed, sealed, and packaged by Hawaiian hands. Just as lei are strung with patience and purpose, your certificate is created with intention—not rushed, not mass-produced.
While many titles are fulfilled within 24 hours, we ask that you allow up to 3 business days for preparation. This ensures every declaration receives the honor it deserves.
Once prepared, your title is shipped from Hawai‘i, and tracking is provided with all orders.
Shipping Method & Delivery
We ship from Hawaii. Delivery times vary by destination:
- U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days
Packaging & Presentation
Every certificate is packaged with care and intention. Your declaration will arrive in a flat mailer or protected envelope to preserve its quality and presence. We believe every unboxing should feel like the opening of a sacred gift.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@peleproperties.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. In the rare event of loss or carrier mishandling, replacements may be offered at our discretion.
